The Slim Mechanical Relay with Socket is the standard interposing relay between a PIERRE Pro controller and a mains load. The coil runs at 12 V DC, matching the controller's output directly, and the contact switches up to 6 A at 230 V AC — enough for lighting circuits, thermal valve actuators and small pumps.
It plugs into a slim 41F socket on 35 mm DIN rail, so the relay can be swapped without disturbing any field wiring. At slim width a full row fits into a compact distribution board, and the coil and output commons can be bridged across that row with the Busbar range for 41F Slim R1 M rather than wired terminal to terminal.
Where the load exceeds 6 A, use the higher-rated Mechanical Relay with Socket. Where the circuit switches frequently — a pump cycling on a thermostat, for instance — use the Solid State Relay with Socket instead, which has no contacts to wear.
