What This Project Shows
A residential development is a repeated installation: the same setup is delivered across many apartments. The display doubles as the indoor intercom unit and as the gateway, which keeps the device count per apartment low and gives the resident a single interface for entry, climate and lighting.
Notes for Similar Projects
- Agree the apartment numbering with the developer before commissioning; the intercom and the access configuration are built against it.
- Standardise the setup across apartments — identical device names and dashboards make handover and later support far faster.
- Decide early who administers the system in the common areas after handover.
