In the Profile section of the Smart Pierre app, you can access the Settings where you’ll find the App Version displayed. This information helps you identify which version of the app you’re currently using.
Key Features:
1. App Version Display:
• The App Version is visible in the Settings under your profile, letting you know exactly which version of the Smart Pierre app is installed on your device.
2. Utility for Issue Reporting:
• Having access to the app version is particularly useful when reporting issues or anomalies. By knowing the version, you can provide more accurate information, helping the support team address any problems or check if there’s a newer version available that resolves the issue.
This feature ensures that you are always up to date on the version of the app you’re using, providing clarity when troubleshooting or updating your system.
Under the Profile Settings is shown app version.
Tap on your name and surname.
Under is written See Your Profile.
- History is displayed - It shows a list of all the I/Os that are activated during time by you.
- Tokens are used to add a new token (New RFID card, New Licence Plate, New PIN).
- Access - Here are displayed details about your Role/Roles.
- Button Settings - It is used for Profile settings.
To change the Your picture, tap on the current picture. To add Tokens, tap on the Tokens tab. To set the Your access permissions, tap on the Access tab.
Tap on the button Settings.
You can set following Profile Settings:
- Edit Profile - Update your photo, first name, and last name.
- Change Password - Change your password here for added security.
App Version - Displays the current version of the application.
Log Out - At the bottom of the page, you can log out of your account to ensure your information remains secure, especially on shared or public devices.
