The Alerts section in the Pierre Partner app provides professionals with the ability to create, manage, and monitor alert notifications within the smart home or building system. Key Features:

    1.    Create and Manage Alerts:
    •    Similar to the client app, users in the Partner app can use the Add button to create custom alerts. These alerts can be tailored to specific events or conditions, such as motion detection, door status changes, or system malfunctions.
    2.    Notification Methods:
    •    Alerts in the Partner app can notify users in three different ways:
    •    Mobile Notifications: Push notifications sent directly to the mobile app.
    •    Phone Calls: Automated calls for critical alerts.
    •    Log Entry: Events logged in the system for review at a later time.
    3.    Custom Trigger Conditions:
    •    Alerts can be configured based on specific I/Os or system conditions. For example, an alert could trigger if a door is left open for too long or if there is an unauthorized access attempt.
    4.    Automation Integration:
    •    Alerts can also be integrated with automations, ensuring that when certain events occur, the system takes specific actions. For instance, if a motion sensor detects movement in a restricted area, the system can activate lights or sound an alarm.
    5.    Monitoring and Reporting:
    •    Professionals can easily monitor all active alerts and view the log history to identify and troubleshoot potential system issues or security breaches.
